Mother
Under an apple orchard, I took a breath full of an apple core
The mother in the strange place it starts
Who broke earth to place our stars
I wonder about the moments in mind
You put your step in the glossy filter
And your wings rise up under the condor
The water rinsed out all of the answers
The river runs like a meteor
I am the concord
I carry with me all of the futures
And it rises as do my lungs when I twist the ghosts of our fathers
Into damage and unto our brothers
I care only for the pasture under heaven
It does not produce
We do no longer
I’ll have a child and they will die the same as their father
Under the swaddle of our overprotective mother
Who lends us a religion
To present our enemies with
I share with our mother a penchant deep within our abdomen
And she smiles from the welkin
Over the contents she has given
As the price of her simplest creation

👏 👏 👏 👏 very much enjoyed, gave a feeling of depth beyond our reach ...fantastic 😀
